Manoharan Duraisamy is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Jana Analysis Pvt Ltd,responsible for the strategic initiatives, conceptual design, architecting and developing technical  solutions. He has more than 2 decades of experience in Information Technology especially in design, development and execution of IT projects. He has worked with multinational banks like Credit Suisse and Standard Chartered. He was responsible for managing Asia Pacific regions and responsible to system design architecture, system development and device strategy to build offshore team.

Worked as Vice President at Credit Suisse, Singapore he was heading Legal and Compliance IT, Asia Pacific team. Responsible to manage banks global application developments and instrumental in setting up a team of 100+ people in their Centre of Excellence at Pune, India. He was also responsible to manage the banks Compliance IT systems and supporting global business.

At Standard Chartered Bank, he headed their global Transaction Surveillance IT team driving the team to implement new analytical based systems for Anti Money Laundering and other transaction surveillance needs of the bank.

He has bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Post Graduate Diploma in Global Finance from Chinese University of HongKong.

He enjoys running marathon regularly and photographs as a hobby.
