Dr. Sripriya (Priya) Raman completed her medical school training at the prestigious Government Kilpauk Medical College, Dr. MGR Medical University, in Chennai, India. Subsequently she spent almost 4 years in bench research in USA. She completed pediatric residency (specialty) training and pediatric endocrinology fellowship (sub-specialty) training in USA. After completing her training, she pursued a productive professional career academia where she developed her niche in caring for childhood cancer survivors at-risk for multiple endocrinopathies. She established herself as a caring clinician, passionate teacher, successful researcher, and strong leader which resulted in her promotion from the rank of assistant professor to associate professor within a short span of 5 years.

Throughout her career, Dr. Raman has volunteered and served in leadership positions for multiple professional societies including the Pediatric Endocrine Society (PES), The Endocrine Society (ES), Children’s Oncology Group (COG), International Guidelines Harmonization Group (IGHG), and American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE).

Dr. Raman joined Jana Analysis Pvt. Ltd., in Dec 2019 as one of the founding partners of the company. In her role as the Chief Medical Officer, she will drive the design of the electronic platform for Jana OASIS (Onco Analytics Solution and Information System), facilitate implementation of the Jana OASIS platform in multiple cancer centers across India and the USA, and provide analytical support for Quality Improvement and Research from the data collected using OASIS platform.

When she is not working Dr. Raman enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at her local school mathclub, listening to and reading Tamil literature and doing Simplified Kundalini Yoga (SKY) meditation.
